Cancellation Policy:

– For online courses, cancellations must be made at least 3 days prior to the course start date to receive a full refund.
– For classroom courses, cancellations must be made at least 5days prior to the course start date to receive a full refund.
– Cancellations made after this timeframe may result in a partial refund or no refund, at our discretion.
2. Cancellation by the Organizer:
– We reserve the right to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrollment.
– In the event of cancellation by us, participants will receive a full refund of the course fee.
– We will not be responsible for any other expenses incurred by participants such as travel or accommodation.
3. Transfer Policy:
– Participants may request to transfer their registration to another course date or participant up to 5 days before the course start date, subject to availability.
– Transfer requests made after this timeframe may not be accommodated or may incur a transfer fee.
4. No-show Policy:
– Participants who do not attend a course without prior notification will not be eligible for a refund or transfer.
5. Exceptions:
– Exceptions to this policy may be made in extenuating circumstances, subject to review and approval by management.

Shipping Policy:
1. Delivery Methods:
– For downloadable courses or materials, access will be provided immediately upon successful completion of the purchase process.
– For offline courses or physical course materials:
– Domestic (India): Shipping will be done through DTDC/Blue Dart or with similar company within 5 business days from the date of purchase.- International: Shipping will be done through Blue Dart/DHL./FedEx within 5 business days from the date of purchase.
2. Shipping Costs:
– Domestic (India): Shipping costs will be completely FREE.
– International: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination country and package weight. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred upon import.

– For physical course materials, customers may be eligible for returns or exchanges within 3 days of receiving the shipment, subject to our return policy. Shipping costs for returns/exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return/exchange is due to an error on our part.
